Do I need to close the salon for the shoot?
Not necessarily. We can work around your schedule — before opening, during quieter periods, or after hours. Many clients prefer to shoot while the salon is operating naturally, as it creates more authentic imagery.
How long before I receive the images?
Fully retouched images are delivered to your private online gallery promptly after the shoot. We'll give you a clear timeline at the time of booking.
Can I use the images on Google, my website, and social?
Yes — full commercial usage rights are included in both packages. You can use the images across all platforms, print, and advertising without any additional licensing fees.
Do my team need to prepare anything?
We'll send a prep guide ahead of the shoot with styling notes and what to expect. All you need to do is show up and do what you do best — we handle the rest.
Do you travel outside Brisbane?
Yes. We shoot nationally. Travel fees apply for locations outside Brisbane — get in touch and we'll provide a quote based on your location.
Can we add more images or video to a package?
Absolutely. Additional retouched images and video deliverables can be added to either package. We'll discuss options when we chat about your brief.
